How do I redeem a bundle deal?

Bundles are special offers that do not require any promo code. To redeem the bundle, you need to use the link provided. When you click the link, it will add the first product to your cart. Once you configure the first product, you'll be taken to the second product. Once the second product is configured and the bundle requirements are met, you should see your total adjusted. I applied a promo code but the order form says it doesn't apply to anything.

If you see this message, it means that the promo code entered doesn't apply to any product in your cart. If you view your cart, you can remove the promo code. If you click one of our links to redeem an offer but change your mind or decide to use another offer, the first promo code doesn't get removed. In other cases, it's a special promo code that applies to a bundle and that message will clear once the applicable product is added. Some products may have a special link. Please redeem offers using the links on this page.

Can I redeem any of these offers later?

Yes, but we reserve the right to end any Black Friday promotion because of stock levels or an offer was redeemed the maximum number of times we permitted. We also cannot guarantee any stock so if there is a configuration you want, it may not be there in a few hours or even a day later. We may also remove access to this page any time after Black Friday. However, if you saved a promotion, you can attempt to redeem it through December 17, 2022.

When is the next offer being released?

If we have any more offers in queue, there will be a yellow box at the top of this page with a countdown timer. Once that timer expires, the offer will be available (refresh the page). If there is no yellow box with a countdown timer, then all of our offers have been posted. If you see a yellow box but refreshing the page doesn't work, clear your browser's cache.

I don't see a just released offer!

Please try clearing your browser's cache. We have programmed this page to tell browsers to not cache it, but sometimes the little robots don't listen to the other little robots' instructions.

How long will it take to provision my service?

Most services are provisioned nearly instantly once payment clears and you pass fraud check. Instructions on how to access your service or use your service will be emailed to you. Dedicated servers, depending on configuration, can take up to 24 hours to provision. If we don't have a configuration ready, it may take longer. A sales team member will notify you if this is the case.
